Preheat oven to bake at 375°F.
Unroll the dough and spread 1/2 tsp pumpkin puree on the center of each section of dough. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice.
Roll the dough into crescent shapes and place the rolls on a greased baking sheet.
Bake the crescents for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the rolls with brown sugar as soon as they come out of the oven.
Allow the crescents to cool for two minutes before serving.
