Speedy Vegan Cinnamon Doughnut Holes

  • 1 pkg fresh pizza dough
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup flour dusting
  • 1 cup water dipping
  • 1 spray of non-stick cooking spray


  • Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray and preheat the oven to bake at 350°F.
  • Lightly coat your hands with flour, depending on the consistency of your pizza dough, to keep the dough from sticking to your hands.
  • Roll each small piece of dough into a quarter-sized ball.
  • Once you have the doughnuts ready, lightly coat them in water with your fingers, and then roll them in the cinnamon/sugar mixture and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Bake the doughnut holes for five minutes, then let them cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
