Winter Watercress Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh watercress
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup hearts of palm well drained & cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 tsp champagne vinegar
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large salad bowl combine all of the ingredients and gently fold until the fruits and vegetables are well coated in the dressing.
