Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz dry pasta
  • 4 cups walnut milk
  • 8 oz frozen spinach
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil the pasta according to the directions on the package
  • In a medium sized pot heat the milk, spinach, walnuts, and coriander, over medium-high heat, until the sauce comes to a boil
  • Reduce the heat to medium and allow the sauce to boil for seven minutes, stirring often
  • When the pasta is done cooking, drain it
  • Then add it to the sauce and remove the sauce from the heat
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Serve immediately
