Vegan Pepper Steak Rice Bowl Recipe

  • 1 10 oz pkg frozen plant-based beef
  • 1 9 oz pkg microwaveable rice
  • 1 fresh green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 fresh scallions chopped


  • In a large sauté pan, over medium heat, combine all of the ingredients, aside from the scallions, and cook for ten minutes, stirring often.
  • Remove from heat, and serve topped with fresh chopped scallions.
