Stir Fried Red Onion & Garlic Green Beans

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages Frozen, French Cut Green Beans
  • 1 whole Red Onion peeled and sliced thin
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 6 tbsps Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Ground Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot on the stove, saute the onions in veg broth over medium heat for five minutes, stirring often.
  • Add the garlic and green beans and continue cooking for ten minutes, stirring often.
  • Add coriander, pepper, and a dash of salt to finish.
