There is a lot of hype around quinoa. People always talking about how good it is for you, etc. I am here to tell you that it is as good as you have heard! Check out the video below to learn more about it…how to make it and also where to find it. If you are eating white rice or even brown rice, try subbing in some quinoa every now and then. After all, white rice is converted to sugar in the body and brown rice has trace amounts of arsenic* in it.
*the arsenic part is true, but no need to freak out over it. Just don’t eat a pound of it every day of the week!
