For these pink caramel cookies recipe I used Sweet Loren’s brand of pre-made cookie dough to create this recipe. The cookies come out deliciously on their own, but can be made into a little something extra special with this recipe.

Pink Caramel Cookies Recipe

  • 12 oz refrigerated plant-based sugar cookie dough
  • 12 Kraft caramels
  • 1 tbsp pink sugar


  • Preheat the oven to bake at 325°F.
  • Allow the cookie dough to warm up for about five minutes before handling after it comes out of the fridge.
  • On the baking sheets make sure that they are greased or lined with silicone mats.
  • Place the cookies on the sheets, but leave space between each cookie.
  • Make a small well in the middle of each cookie and place a caramel cube in the well.
  • Bake the cookies for thirteen minutes.
  • When the cookies come out of the oven, sprinkle the cookies right away with the pink sugar. Allow them to cool on the cookie sheets for at least five minutes before serving warm.
