  • 7 oz white melting chocolate wafers
  • 6 drops red food coloring
  • 1 cup dried apple chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

  • In a double boiler, over medium-high heat, melt the wafers down.
  • The wafers need to be folded continuously with a spatula as they melt, scraping down the sides of the bowl.
  • The candy is all melted when the mixture is smooth with no lumps.
  • When the chocolate is melted, add the cranberries, apples, and food coloring to the bowl and fold until all of the food coloring is mixed into the chocolate and all of the fruit is coated.
  • Place spoonfuls of the mixture on wax paper or a silicone mat on a cookie sheet and place them in the fridge for ten to fifteen minutes to set.
