Peanut Butter & Pasta Recipe

  • 12 oz fettuccine noodles
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup scallions
  • 1 cup cucumbers sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp water


  • Cook the fettuccine noodles according to the directions on the package.
  • After you have drained the noodles, place them back in the same pot and set them on the still-warm burner that you used to boil them on.
  • Add the water, soy, and lime, and stir the noodles well, then add the peanut butter and work it into the liquid mixture until the sauce thickens.
  • Add the sesame seeds, scallions, tomatoes, and cucumber and combine well before serving the noodles warm.
