  • 2 cups almond yogurt
  • 1/4 cup whiskey
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1 cup agave
  • 2 oz bittersweet baker's chocolate + more for garnish

  • In a small saucepan heat the agave, brandy, and whiskey over medium heat until the mixture comes to a slow boil.
  • Reduce the heat to low and add the chocolate in small pieces, stirring frequently until all of the chocolate is melted.
  • Increase the heat to medium and continue stirring frequently until the mixture comes to a slow boil again.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow it to cool for an hour.
  • Fold the cooled chocolate mixture gently into the 2 cups of yogurt. Avoid over-mixing so that the yogurt will have a swirled appearance.
  • Spoon the yogurt into serving cups and place in the freezer to chill for at least one hour before serving.
  • If chilled overnight or longer, allow the cups to thaw for ten minutes before serving. Garnish with chocolate shavings and enjoy!
