This vegan popsicle recipe has kiwi grape combine with coconut water to make an excellent taste. This recipe is one of the easiest popsicles I have made and I am happy to share it with you! Sometimes when I have some delicious fruit left over from my weekly grocery trip, I like to get creative with how to finish it off so it doesn’t go to waste. It’s easy to throw together a fruit plate or something easy, but being a popsicle girl, I decided that I would try to make a special kiwi-grape pop!

Green Kiwi-Grape Vegan Popsicle Recipe

Maile Miller
Prep Time 10 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes
Course Dessert
Servings 6 pops

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 kiwis
  • 15 to 20 green grapes
  • 1 small container of your favorite coconut water
  • 1 to 2 tbsps agave

Instructions

  • Mix together your agave and coconut water, making it a little sweeter than you think it should be. (Keep in mind it will be slightly less sweet when it's frozen, plus kiwi can be on the tart side.)
  • Let your coconut water sit for a few minutes while you dice your kiwi and slice your grapes. This allows the air bubbles to settle so your pops will freeze a bit clearer.
  • Layer in your fruit, starting with kiwi and alternating a few pieces of each.
  • Use a funnel to carefully add the coconut water. Tap the mold on the counter to release any air pockets. You'll have to jiggle the sticks in with this much fruit.
  • Freeze for 5-6 hours.
  • When you are ready to enjoy, briefly run them under warm water to remove pops from their molds!
