  • 2 cups canned potatoes sliced
  • 2 cups frozen green beans
  • 1 cup fresh cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup plant-based parmesan cheese for garnish


  • In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook the potatoes and the spices for five minutes, stirring often.
  • Add the green beans and the tomatoes, and continue cooking for eight more minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Serve hot, topped with plant-based parmesan cheese.
