Today’s guest is Dr. T. Colin Campbell. You will of course recognize Dr. T. Colin Campbell from the hugely popular Forks Over Knives movie in addition to many other documentaries, speaking engagements, books and an excellent TED talk that you can find in the show notes of this show. Additionally, Dr. Campbell is best known for his work with The China Study, the most comprehensive study of health and nutrition ever conducted. His book bears the same name and was co-authored with one of his two sons Dr. Thomas Campbell. He has also written two other books Low Carb Fraud and Whole which is aimed at reshaping how we think about a food and disease. Dr. Campbell is the founder of the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and the internationally recognized Plant Based Nutrition Certificate offered in partnership with Cornell University and eCornell online. He is the hero of the plant-based world and we are honored to have him on the show. Enjoy!
